RETURN POLICY

penelope and coco will accept items for exchange only within 21 days of purchase. Exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition without postal labels. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

PRODUCT CARE

Each pair of P and C shoes is crafted by hand in the US and requires delicate handling. Our hand-made shoes ensure that each pair acquires its own unique personality. Love your pc’s and they will love you back.

PC offers a lifetime of repairs! We will repair any pair of shoes purchased through our website, www.penelopeandcoco.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
